Are you social media savvy and a marketing magician? Are you also organised, flexible, reliable, and passionate about bringing live music to children? Music for Miniatures is looking for an amazing admin assistant to help with the general running of the company. We require someone to work 3 hrs per week (can be any time of week) to perform admin duties including:
- social media scheduling
- event marketing
- basic book keeping (can be taught how - we use Xero)
- chasing of invoices from musicians
- keeping policies up to date
- concert booking and liaising with venues
- general admin help
This is a freelance post so would suit someone who is self employed. Closing date for applications is Friday 26th April with interviews on Wed 1st/Thurs 2nd May to start asap.
